Julius von Lorentz' new work for piano trio will be performed by the Moscow Contemporary Music Ensemble (MCME) in mid-September in Tchaikovsky and Moscow.
The 13th International Young Composers Academy in Tchaikovsky-city, Russia invites each year twelve composers to participate in the Academy consisting of discussions, individual lessons and rehersals of a new piece.

The composition "ne savoir plus oú se cacher" for violin and percussion, which will be premiered in the scholarship concert by Estelle Weber (violin) and Jonathan Zenker (percussion), was written as part of the Hermine Klenz Scholarship that Julius von Lorentz received in 2022.
